LEMON HERB COMPOUND BUTTER

PAIRS WELL WITH: SAUVIGNON BLANC, albarino
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 small lemon, zested and juice
- 1 tbsp Pure Spring Blossom Honey
- 1 Sprig Rosemary
- 1 Sprig Thyme
- 1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Flake (if desired)
Carefully mix butter, lemon zest, 1 teaspoon juice, honey and pepper. Using plastic wrap, create a roll with the mixture. Unwrap, lay 1 sprig of thyme and 1 sprig of rosemary on each side and roll again firmly. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Use on top of a steak, baked potato, popcorn, under the turkey skin and in the cavity.
