Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to JenRVW@gmail.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. We will gladly replace a bottle at no cost to you.
Club Shipment Returns: Unfortunately, we aren't able to process refunds after a Club de Vin shipment has been charged without prior written request (this is because we get charged a merchant fee for both the transaction and for the refund). We apologize for the inconvenience. If you still would like a refund, we would be able to work with you and refund the last order minus a 15% restocking/transaction fee. We will not approve any refunds past 90 days.
Wine Club Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Jenrvw@gmail.com. The Club de Vin is an agreement where you are enrolled in automatically billed Wine Shipments four (4) times in a calander year using the card on file. You are required to take three (3) shipments before cancellation. The Membership is auto renewed until written request to cancel is made. Membership benefits can be revoked at any time by Management.
Abandoned Orders: All orders not picked up for 2 years are considered abandoned after a 30 day notice to pick up. Options are available for shipping if you are unable to come in to pick up. Please email jenrvw@gmail.com for options.
