since we opened our doors in 2011, we'd dreamed of a tawny-style aged port. lot 143 is that dream realized. barrel aged for over 5 years, this wine is as sophisticated as it is delicious. it's light and bright, balanced and softly sweet without being overwhelming. it begs to be slowly sipped with dark chocolate and candlelight.

COLOR: rich brick
NOSE: brandied cherries, unsweetened cocoa, vanilla oak
MOUTH: mocha, blackberry jam, vanilla brandy
FINISH: toasted oak, rich dark fruit
FLAVOR PAIRINGS: dark chocolate, blue cheese

how can we give this wine a perfect 10, this wine is simply and by simply I mean complexly amazing it single handedly turned my white wine drinking girlfriend to love red wine, shhhh don't tell my wife
