This unique Chardonnay was fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel (no oak here!) leaving it clean and crisp.  This wine is a true balancing act of subtle acidity and ripe flavors.  It's bursting with bright and light fruit notes and has a delightfully creamy feel and long finish.
