A blend for everyone, this wine was something we created in 2024 to look at barbera in a new light. blend of 61% Barbera, 25% cabernet sauvignon, 7% petite sirah, 7% primitivo, all grown in clarksburg Ava. 

WITH ITS DEEP COLOR, LOW TANNINS, AND FIRM ACIDITY, BARBERA IS APPROACHABLE AND SOFT grape.  WE ESPECIALLY LOVE THE SUBTLE notes of berry and earth that are brought out with the touch of cab sauv. this wine packs a jammy punch and follows through with a rich and smooth finish...you'll be tempted to get more than 1 glass.

NOSE: chocolate covered cherry, oak soaked vanilla bean
MOUTH: smooth and bright, macerated plums and cherry, OAk, VANILLA
FINISH: smooth tannins, dry finish
FLAVOR PAIRING:  RUSTIC ITALIAN - THINK RICH TOMATO BASED SAUCES AND SLOW BRAISED MEATS
