The Black History Month Art Show at Old Sugar Mill, Founded by Rachelle Wiggins and Barbara Range in 2019, is the fastest-growing Black History Month event in Northern California. Each year, it draws wine enthusiasts from all over to experience a vibrant showcase of art, culture, food, music, and more.
