Join us for our Summer Sweat & Sip event at The Shop By Rendez-vous Winery in Midtown, Sacramento! We will kick off the party with a workout class hosted by Coach Alexa & Brittnie.
This will be an all-levels 30-minute workout. Bring a yoga mat!
After the workout we will enjoy music by DJ Nesquick plus mingling & shopping while sipping delicious wine by the shop by Rendez-vous.
Your admission not only includes your strength training & pilates workout, but an AGF t-shirt!

The details:
The event will start at 9am and the workout will begin at 9:15am.
This event will run until noon so feel free to spend the rest of the morning relaxing & connecting with vendors.
